El Pleno, integrado por el Alcalde y los Concejales, es el órgano de máxima representación política de los ciudadanos en el gobierno municipal y a él le corresponde el debate de las grandes políticas locales y la adopción de las decisiones estratégicas que afectan al municipio.

El Pleno dispone de Comisiones, integradas por los miembros que designen los Grupos Políticos en proporción al número de Concejales que tengan en el Pleno.
